Privacy notice

This notice explains what information the Shusthota app collects, why, and who can see it. If you have questions, please contact your Shusthota care team through the app.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Profile details — such as date of birth, gender, phone, address, height, weight, allergies and emergency contact, if you add them.
• Family members you add, and the details you enter about them.
• Health information you record or upload — readings (for example blood pressure or blood sugar), questionnaires, pregnancy and child health entries, prescriptions, test reports and other documents.
• Requests you make — medicine orders, appointments, test bookings and callbacks, including the delivery address and phone number needed to fulfil them.

Why we use it

• To provide the services you ask for: delivering medicines, arranging appointments and tests, and returning results and advice.
• So our clinical team can review documents you upload and respond to readings that may need attention.
• To send you reminders and updates in the app, such as medicine reminders and booking confirmations.

Who can see it

• You, and anyone you manage as a family member within your own account.
• Authorised Shusthota staff who need it to provide your care or fulfil your request. Staff accounts are separate from patient accounts, and staff access is recorded.
• We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Automated reading of documents

To help our team work faster, uploaded documents may be read by an automated system that suggests details (for example a test result). Suggestions are only drafts — a clinician checks them before anything is added to your record.

How we protect it

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. Access is limited to people who need it.

Your choices

• You can view and update your profile in the app at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting your care team through the app.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
